We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Japanese-speaking Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team in Malta. You will be working with our Head of Japan who will oversee the strategy and shape our outreach strategy. The position is full-time in Malta and is considered an entry level position.
Tasks:
- Craft and send outreach emails in Japanese to web owners and bloggers, following guidelines provided by the Head of Japan.
- Provide general assistance to the Head of Japan with outreach and media buying tasks as needed.
- Support the development and refinement of outreach strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in analysing SEO metrics of websites to help with negotiations.
- Help maintain relationships with web owners and bloggers in the Japanese market by providing support in communication and follow-ups.
- Assist the Japanese Content team with minor tasks and administrative support.
Requirements:
- Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Experienced in communicating in Japanese and English.
- Organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in client-facing roles using Japanese is a big plus.
- Experience with WordPress is a big plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
